Super delicious and healthy Soya Chaat made with Health Mark

Dish: Nutri Chaat
Serving: Serves Two


Soya Chunks – One bowl
Hung Curd – Half cup
Cabbage – Half cup
Iceberg Lettuce – Two leaves
Bell Pepper – Few shreds
Cherry Tomato – Four
Olives – To taste
Sweet Corn – Half cup
Lime juice – Two spoons


Boil soya chunks for 15 minutes
Remove excess water and keep aside
Add hung curd and mix well
Add chopped veggies
Add corn and mix well
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
Add lime juice
Toss it well to mix
Decorate with chopped cherry tomatoes
Serve with love
